FROM THE NORTH (M3)

 

Leave M3 Motorway at Junction 13 joining M27 West (signposted The Docks & Bournemouth)

 

Leave the M27 at the first exit, Junction 3 (after Rownhams services) & get into the right hand lane on the slip road

 

Take the 3rd exit off the roundabout onto M271

 

At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto A3057 signposted Romsey North

 

Approximately 1 mile along this road you will notice 2 yellow bollards on either side of the road, turn left at the bollards, there is no road name for this lane but you will see signs saying "Broadland Farms, Private Road"

 

After approximately 200 metres you will come to a crossroads, go straight across and continue along the lane for 400 metres until you come to a "T" junction, turn right & continue for a further 300 metres approximately until you come across a gate restricting access to Broadlands House. Turn left just before this gate into a courtyard, parking is available on the left or the right hand side, congratulations, you've found us...

 

 

FROM THE SOUTH

 

Leave M27 as Junction 3, stay in the left hand lane and take the 1st exit at the traffic lights onto M271

At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto A3057 signposted Romsey North
